Jeeva Thomas, RPh Choice Pharmacy – Brandon, FL
Acquisition Date: August 2020
“My husband and I sold our pharmacy to Ramin and Kimberly Faramarzifar in August 2020. From start to finish, the transaction was smooth and straightforward. I was given the option to stay on as a pharmacist, which I accepted, and continued working with them for a couple of years.
Within a few months, the Faramarzifars remodeled the store and have since grown the business significantly. We’re very pleased with our decision to sell to them and highly recommend Ramin and Kimberly to any pharmacy owner considering a transition.
Their honesty and integrity—both during and after the sale—are rare qualities in today’s business world.”

Gerald Letendre, RPh Sarasota Compounding Pharmacy
Acquisition Date: December 2024
When I sold Sarasota Compounding Pharmacy, I was fully prepared for the typical tactics—lowball offers, last-minute price reductions, and long, drawn-out negotiations. In fact, two years earlier I had been approached by a large venture capital group. Their offer was significantly below market value, and beyond that, they intended to relocate the pharmacy out of the Sarasota area. This would have caused major disruptions for patients and would have left my long-standing employees without jobs. They also attempted to renegotiate several key points beyond the terms outlined in their initial letter of intent. It was a frustrating experience that ultimately went nowhere.
In contrast, working with Ramin was a refreshing and professional experience. From the outset, we had a clear and respectful understanding—a handshake agreement on the key terms, including price, staffing, and continuity of service. While his attorney later attempted to revisit some of those terms, Ramin personally stepped in and made it clear that he intended to honor what we had originally agreed upon. He did not try to nickel and dime the transaction and remained committed to fair dealing throughout.
Ramin recognized the importance of keeping the pharmacy in its current location, retaining staff who wished to stay, and preserving the brand I had built over 17 years. That level of respect and continuity meant a great deal to me—not just as a seller, but as someone who cared deeply about the patients, staff, and reputation of the business.

Sarah Young, RPh Venice Apothecary
Acquisition Date: April 2025
“After the hurricanes in 2024, I knew it was time to step away from the pharmacy I had poured my heart into for over 20 years. But finding the right buyer—someone who truly valued the legacy, the team, and the community we served—was my top priority. I was well aware that many buyers in the market are only focused on profit, often cutting staff, shutting down stores, and transferring files without regard for the people behind the business.
From day one, Ramin assured me that Venice Apothecary’s heritage would be preserved, the team would remain employed, and patients would continue to receive the same level of care we had always provided. True to his word, not only has the integrity of the pharmacy remained intact, but it’s also receiving a full-scale remodel that reflects the pride and care we’ve always put into our space.
It’s rare to find someone who does business the old-school way—with honesty, respect, and follow-through. Ramin stands by his word, and I couldn’t be happier with the transition. I’m excited to see the continued growth and success of Venice Apothecary under his leadership.”
